BDT modified biodiesel fuel production complex

The complex is intended for producing high quality diesel fuel from vegetable oils, fats and used engine oil by mixing these liquids with classic diesel fuel.

Vegetable oils (soy, sunflower, corn, rapeseed) is added to the alcohol alkaline solution via a dosing device in a 9 to 1 ratio; the resulting mixture goes to cavitation unit from the mixing chamber and the resulting liquid is processed via separator to produce biodiesel, water and glycerol. Biodiesel is mixed with classic diesel fuel and used oil in 50%-45%-5% ratio and the resulting mixture complies with all requirements to biodiesel fuel stipulated by the appropriate State Standard.

The greatest effect from this complex utilization can be achieved by agroindustrial facilities that produce their own raw materials (vegetable oils).
